A Special Exhibition
Art Work Specifications:
Format: All artists are asked to donate works unframed, on A4 size card. Art4Rosie can supply you with card upon which to make a painting. Please contact the gallery to have these sent to you. You may prefer to use material of your own choice like watercolour paper, plywood or canvas, or to affix a 3-dimensional piece to the card. However, please remember the specific dimension (A4 or 210 x 297 mm) for all works. Thin papers or canvas may be mounted on card. The exhibition will benefit from a wide range of styles and content.
Feel free to submit work on any other material,
but do bear in mind that all works must be A4
(210 x 297 mm / 8 1/4" x 11 5/8").
Exhibition: All works will be hung unframed in the Open Eye Gallery but opportunities for framing will be made available that will also benefit the Ava Rose Trust Fund.
Please mail or deliver your work
to the gallery by the end of
March 2008.
CV: It would be useful if you include a very brief CV with the work, to be used in future cataloguing.
Financial arrangements: Please indicate on the reverse of each work the minimum price you would like to see your work achieve. Any unsold works will be made available subsequently via the Art4Rosie website. There is also the possibility of showing abroad, to follow the Open Eye exhibition.
